What You’ll Do:
- Partner directly with the General Manager APAC, supporting high-impact initiatives and reporting on progress.
- Collaborate closely with country sales teams in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia to design and execute go-to-market strategies, constantly driving sales performance and market development.
- Lead the creation and execution of strategies for Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia, leveraging your extensive network and expertise in marketing and market development.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities, working hand-in-hand with the Jenbacher development teams in Europe and the region.
- Proactively develop business plans to win in emerging and future markets.
- Travel extensively within Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia, and support other APAC countries as needed to build relationships and seize new opportunities.
- Prioritize and develop optimal product offerings and applications by collaborating with global and regional technology teams.
- Craft strategic business plans for Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia, focusing on go-to-market and customer solutions to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Define and execute distribution channels, supporting management with local sales tracking and performance analysis.
- Launch and implement marketing and sales programs in your focus countries, identifying new opportunities, managing pricing and portfolios, and building strong relationships with distributors and end users.
- Align with product owners and solutions management to ensure cohesive market strategies.
- Drive market intelligence activities to uncover and realize new growth opportunities through innovative ideas.
- Advise regional leadership on strategic direction and operational plans, ensuring delivery of annual sales and income objectives while managing budgets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree educated in business administration, engineering, or a comparable field related to the role requirements.
- Proven experience in market development, business strategy, or sales within the energy or industrial sector.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
- Willingness and ability to travel intensively within Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia, and across the APAC region as needed.
